At Evolve Skateboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your unused gear within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure the skateboard or accessory is in its original, unused condition and packed securely in all original packaging, including manuals and chargers.
Ship to Evolve
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location; tracking is highly recommended for security.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
